Question:  Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Answer:  Absolutely!  We take your safety seriously and realize that identity theft and fraud are a threat, therefore we have gone to great lengths to ensure that our customers are protected while on our site.  Hijabs-R-Us features 128-bit fully encrypted SSL that means your information is fully protected.  We use Authorize.net the safest real-time processor out there to process your credit card information. 

Question:  What credit cards do you accept?

Answer:  Hijabs-R-Us accepts all major credit cards including American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. 

Question:  If I don't want to use my credit card, how else can I pay for my order?

Answer:  We have recently added PayPal as a payment option for those of you who requested it!  Hijabs-R-Us also welcomes personal, cashiers checks, and money orders.  Please email us your first & last name, address, phone number and order using item numbers (for example RQ8552C).  We will respond in confirmation with your total and the address to ship your payment.  Once your payment has cleared our accounts your order will be shipped.

Question:  When can I expect my order to reach me?

Answer:  If you have purchased using a credit card your order should reach you in 5-7 business days.  If you used a check your order will be sent once the check has cleared.

Question:  How often do you update your inventory?

Answer:  Check back every 2 weeks or so for updates and added inventory. 

Question:  Where do you get your hijabs from?

Answer:  Hijabs-R-Us imports hijabs from Italy, Syria, UAE, Turkey, India, China, Korea, Saudi Arabia & Jordan.

Question:  Whats the difference between the different types of al-Amira you offer?

Answer:  There are 2 main differences in the types of the Amira's we carry.  First is the 1-piece and 2-piece Amira's.  We strongly recommend that all ladies have a 1-piece at home for the times when a quick hijab is necessary (for example if someone rings the door bell and you can not take the time to put on a regular hijab).  The 2-piece is also valued for ease of wear, but it has the added feature of an underscarf that will hold all your hair so none can escape.  The second main difference is between lace (this offers style to the hijab) or no lace (that means the hijab is easily tucked in with no irritation to the neck). 

Question:  What are the hat & wrap sets like?

Answer:  These hijabs are heavenly!  The underscarf is a hat that functions as an al-Amira underscarf does holding your hair together.  They also assure that the wrap will not slip whatsoever.  The difference between it and the al-Amira underscarf is that the hat is designed with a special place to pull a ponytail out for added ease of handling.  The wraps are just like regular oblongs except that when used in conjunction with their hats they simply will not slip!
